ActivProspect

Mobile tool to help car dealerships turn their salesmen into sales rockstars.

All revved up with a unique app idea

The initial idea when ActivProspect came to us was to build an app that could be sold to car dealerships and managed by the client. There would be 3 different subsets of users:

  • The client / admin
  • The car dealership manager
  • The car dealership salesperson

Once in the hands of the dealership manager, they would then load in their salespeople and give them access. The salesperson could then login and view their required actions for the day, with the app prompting them with the most ideal flow for following up with a sales lead, whether it would be a call, email, text, etc. Once the salesperson exhausted their actions, they could then view the list of available leads - being pulled from the client admin - and activate them using a pre-set amount of coins afforded to each salesperson. Using coins, they could unlock leads, unlock their profiles, phone numbers, emails, social media, credit scores, and more. Once the salesperson exhausted their coins they could then contact their manager directly in the app to receive more.

Anyone with the app could become a pro car salesman

The user experience for the project was very extensive and featured all three user flows for the application.

The salesperson landing area gave them action cards, allowing them to perform the most useful actions possible the second they loaded up the application. This was all based on car sales best practices and experience from the client.

The list of leads showed the possible customers and their cars of interest, these could all be unlocked with app coins.

The most basic version of an unlocked lead allowed for basic communication. The salesperson could unlock even more information with more of their allotted app coins.

The client had access to APIs that allowed them the ability to offer a huge source of leads that featured a potentially large amount of personal information on each lead.
